Orders may be placed on www.rickierocksjewels.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by a member of our team. Most items will ship immediately, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, our team will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 2-4 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships. We only ship during weekdays. If the order is placed on a Friday the package will ship on Monday. If Saturday delivery is desired please contact us as soon as the order is placed as extra fees will apply. Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. Our team will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
International Shipping
We currently have a very concise list of countries that we ship to outside of Hong Kong. If you would like to make a purchase and you do not see your country listed, please contact us at rickierocksjewels@gmail.com and our team will contact you directly.
Returns and Exchanges

Also, be aware every computer monitor has different settings so color and size may vary. All total karat weight provided is estimated and can be within .05 carats of the stated weight.

Any customs rules, laws, fees or duties associated with receiving an item are the responsibility of the customer. Occasionally items can be delayed or held by customs. In these rare occurrences delivery of your package may be longer than expected. Once your order has been dispatched we will provide a tracking number which will allow you liaise directly with the courier company for an accurate delivery date.
